I am a nature-inspired artist with degrees in biology and higher education. I enjoy exploring a variety of mediums, with needle felting and gouache painting being my favorites. The pieces featured on this page are needle felted, crafted from 100% wool and shaped by hand through thousands of carefully placed needle strokes. My portfolio also includes examples of my paintings, giving a fuller view of my artistic range.

 

In my workshops, I combine artistic techniques with fascinating insights about the plants and animals we study. My goal is to spark curiosity and creativity in everyone I teach.

 

You can find my art for sale at local markets, cafes, galleries, and my Etsy shop. I regularly host classes and participate in art booths, and I’m happy to arrange private parties.
